20XX年——空前の野球拳ブームが到来し、全国の中学・高校には野球拳部が創立された！
そこで少年たちは、年に一度京都で開催される夢の舞台「キヨミズ」を目指し、日々練習に励むのであった——

高校一年生になった甘木カケルは、いじめられていた過去を払拭するため空手部に入る決意をしていた。
が、ひょんなことから勘違いで「野球拳部」に入部する事に！

即ヤメるつもりだったカケルだが、突如現れたマネージャー・栗林亜衣に入部をかけた野球拳勝負を持ち掛けられ、亜衣の下着姿見たさに勝負をすることに。
そこで初めて「真剣勝負」の面白さを体験したカケルの胸は、不思議と熱く高鳴り…

「僕は…栗林さんを脱がせたい！」

不純な動機で新たに入部を決意したカケルの、野球拳ストーリーが今始まる！
